Last Charcoal

I called it "Last Charcoal" because I have just discovered drawing with pen. So this could be my last drawing with charcoal. Its a Father's Day gift for a friend.

I have working on pen because its finer than charcoal and it needs no fixative spray to hold like charcoal. Pen is fine and fixed.

 Charcoal still have a special feel to it and its good for bigger work.

Pen Drawing On Canvas

Drawing another portrait to be given as a gift. Using pen on canvas. I love pen because I can be able to put in the fine details of the face and hair.

Drawing on canvas is a challenge as the surface is not smooth like paper. However, work on canvas makes live easier for clients as they don't have to go through the hassle of framing.

The portrait on canvas needs no framing. It can be hang on your wall right away.
